GENERAL BILL by Deutch ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Baker ; Lynn
Retirement [WPSC]; Authorizes certain employees to purchase the retirement credit for past service at a 3-percent Special Risk Class accrual value. Provides for continued receipt of premium taxes by plans established pursuant to Firefighter Pensions law after the transfer, merger, or consolidation of governmental functions or the plan sponsor's election to participate in another state retirement system, etc.
