Nurse Staffing [SPSC]; Requires hospitals to establish a nurse staffing committee. Requires the committee to produce an annual nurse staffing plan. Requires the chief executive officer of a hospital to provide written reasons if the plan is not adopted by the hospital. Requires each hospital to post the plan and the nurse staffing schedule and to make them available to patients and visitors upon request, etc.
