GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Community Affairs ; Baker

Community Development Districts [EPSC]; Provides for application of certain board of supervisors election time periods to compact, urban, mixed-use districts. Revises deed restriction enforcement rulemaking authority of boards of directors of community development districts. Revises procedures and requirements to amend the boundaries of a community development district, etc.
