GENERAL BILL by Crist

Electronic Handheld Device/Motor Vehicle Operation [CPSC]; Prohibits persons younger than 18 from using any electronic handheld device while operating a motor vehicle. Provides a surcharge for the violation. Provides for enforcement only as a secondary offense. Authorizes the issuance of a warning and safety literature in lieu of the surcharge.
