Maternal and Child Health/Nurse Home Visitation [SPSC]; Creates the "Florida Nurse Home Visitation Act." Establishes a nurse home visitation pilot program in specified areas. Provides purpose. Provides definitions. Requires local Healthy Start coalitions to administer the program. Provides duties of the DOH. Provides for administration of the program. Provides eligibility requirements. Requires the DOH to adopt rules. Requires the DOH to submit an annual report to the Governor and Legislature.
