Health and Human Services [WPSC]; Delays the expiration of provisions authorizing the Department of Health to enter into an agreement with a specified private contractor to finance, design, and construct a hospital for the treatment of patients with active tuberculosis. Delays the expiration of provisions requiring that funds appropriated for forensic mental health treatment services be allocated to the areas of the state having the greatest demand for services, etc.
