GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Peaden
Agency for Persons with Disabilities [WPSC]; Requires that the agency assign and provide priority to clients waiting for waiver services. Classifies and specifies the order of priority. Directs the agency to eliminate medication-review services. Creates the Prepaid Services for Parents of Children with Developmental Disabilities Study Group to evaluate the creation of a prepaid service plan for children with disabilities, etc.
