Children with Disabilities/Prepaid Service Plan [SPSC]; Creates the Prepaid Services for Parents of Children with Developmental Disabilities Study Group to evaluate the creation of a prepaid service plan for children with disabilities. Provides for membership. Provides for administrative support. Provides for the duties of the study group. Provides for per diem and travel expenses for members. Requires the study group to present a final report to the Legislature.
