GENERAL BILL by Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means ; Higher Education Appropriations ; Lynn

Education [WPSC]; Provides requirements of the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation for the provision of vehicle modifications for eligible persons. Prohibits a community college board of trustees from entering into an employment contract that requires the community college to pay the president an amount from state funds in excess of 1 year of the president's annual salary for termination, buy-out, or any other type of contract settlement, etc.

Effective Date: 05/27/2009 except as otherwise provided
