GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Baker

Implementing 2009-2010 General Appropriations Act [WPSC]; Authorizes the Executive Office of the Governor to transfer funds between departments for purposes of aligning amounts paid for risk management premiums and for purposes of aligning amounts paid for human resource management services. Requires that the value of assessments reduced pursuant to specified provisions of the State Constitution include only the reduction in taxable value for homesteads established in the preceding year, etc.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
