GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Baker

Disposition of Tax Revenues [WPSC]; Authorizes the use of specified proceeds from the excise tax on documents for certain debt service obligations. Removes provisions authorizing the distribution of specified amounts of the proceeds from the tax on sales, use, and other transactions and the communications services tax to the Ecosystem Management and Restoration TF within the DEP and increases the distribution to the General Revenue Fund, etc.
