GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Baker
Department of Financial Services [WPSC]; Increases the percentage of funds under the control of the CFO which may be invested in certain types of securities. Creates the Treasury Investment Committee within the Division of Treasury. Revises the list of items from which payments received are deposited into the Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund. Deletes provisions relating to the distribution of certain collected taxes and interest, etc.
