GENERAL BILL by Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means ; Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations ; Fasano

Department of State [WPSC]; Authorizes the Department of State to use electronic transmission to notify and communicate in the performance of its duties. Renames the "Florida Arts Council" as the "Florida Council on Arts and Culture." Authorizes the Secretary of State to appoint review panels representing arts and cultural disciplines and programs to assist the council in the grant review process, etc.
