GENERAL BILL by Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means ; Alexander

State Group Insurance Program [WPSC]; Provides the state's monthly contribution to an employee's health savings account for the 2009-2010 fiscal year. Deletes a provision that requires that health savings accounts be administered in accordance with the federal requirements and limitations of the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act.
