PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Accountability ; Community Affairs
OGSR/Business Info./Govt. Condemning Authority [EPSC]; Amends a specified provision relating to an exemption from public records requirements for business information provided by the owner of a business to a governmental condemning authority as part of an offer of business damages in presuit negotiations in an eminent domain proceeding. Reorganizes and clarifies provisions. Saves the exemption from repeal under the OGSR Act. Deletes provisions providing for repeal of the exemption.
