GENERAL BILL by Wilson

HIV Testing/County Detention Facilities/Inmates [SPSC]; Requires the DOH to designate certain counties, if approved by the county's governing body, to participate in a program to test each inmate for HIV before the inmate is released if the inmate's HIV status is unknown. Requires that certain county detention facilities notify the DOH and the county health department in the county where the inmate plans to reside following release if the inmate is HIV positive, etc.
