GENERAL BILL by Siplin
Juveniles Incompetent to Proceed [SPSC]; Authorizes the attorney representing a child named in a petition for delinquency, the state attorney, the attorney representing the DJJ, or the attorney representing the DCFS to move to allow the presentment of findings from a mental health expert retained by the child's attorney, the state attorney, the DJJ, or the DCFS. Authorizes the court to grant the motion under certain circumstances, etc.
