Forfeited Property Disposition [SPSC]; Requires a county or municipal law enforcement agency that acquires more than a specified amount under the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act within any one fiscal year to transfer a certain percentage of the proceeds to the State Attorney's Forfeiture and Investigative Support Trust Fund of the state attorney for the jurisdiction where the violation occurred, etc.
