GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Health Regulation ; Peaden
Practice of Pharmacy [SPSC]; Revises the definition of the term "standard reference compendium" for purposes of regulating the insurance coverage of drugs used in the treatment of cancer. Provides that provisions of ch. 468, F.S., relating to orthotics and pedorthics do not apply to pharmacists. Authorizes a pharmacist to dispense a controlled substance and require photographic identification without documenting certain information, etc.
