GENERAL BILL by Lynn ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano

Workplace Safety [CPSC]; Requires public employers to submit by a certain date injury and illness data to the Division of Workers' Compensation in the DFS using a specified form. Requires the division to compile data from the reports and make the data available on the division's website. Requires the employer to retain the reports for 7 years. Requires all public employers to comply with certain federal OSHA standards by a certain date, etc.
