Surplus Lines Insurers [CPSC]; Provides for the nonapplication of certain provisions of state law to surplus lines insurance authorized under the Surplus Lines Law. Provides methods of payment for premiums and claims regarding surplus lines contracts issued on or after a specified date. Requires that certain insurers provide a disclosure statement to a claimant under certain circumstances, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
