SB 1920: Educator Certification [SPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Detert

Educator Certification [SPSC]; Revises provisions relating to reports and records in cases of child abuse or neglect. Requires that employees or agents of the Department of Education who are responsible for the investigation or prosecution of misconduct by certified educators be granted access to such records. Requires that the State Board of Education adopt rules incorporating the Florida Educator Accomplished Practices, etc.
