Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Pilot Programs; Authorizes each judicial circuit to establish mortgage foreclosure diversion pilot program; provides for applicable rules of practice & procedure; requires that when such program exists, conciliation conference must be held before foreclosure order may issue in proceeding concerning owner-occupied residential property; prescribes time period for such conference; specifies items included in order for such conference, etc.
