Child Abduction Prevention; Creates Uniform Child Abduction Prevention Act; authorizes court to order abduction prevention measures; authorizes state attorney to take custody of child under certain circumstances; provides for jurisdiction & temporary emergency jurisdiction for filing petition seeking child abduction prevention measures; authorizes court to impose conditions on exercise of custody & visitation, etc.
