Direct-support Organizations/DOH [SPSC]; Authorizes the DOH to create a direct-support organization. Authorizes the DOH to allow the direct-support organization to use the DOH's fixed property and facilities. Requires the direct-support organization to comply with directives and requirements established by the sources of its funding. Requires said organization to submit certain forms from the IRS to the DOH. Requires said organization to provide an annual financial audit, etc.
