GENERAL BILL by Children, Families, and Elder Affairs ; Crist

Juvenile Justice [SPSC]; Includes children 9 years of age or younger at the time of referral for delinquency within the definition of those children who are eligible to receive comprehensive mental health services. Redefines the term "child in need of services" to provide that a child is eligible to receive comprehensive services if the child is 9 years of age or younger at the time of referral for delinquency, etc.
