GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Accountability ; Joyner
Administrative Procedures [GPSC]; Requires each agency to give notice of public meetings, hearings, and workshops on the agency's website. Requires an agency to ensure that staff be available at a public hearing regarding the proposed rule. Requires that certain materials submitted to the agency between the date of publication of the notice and the end of the final public hearing be considered by the agency and made a part of the record of the rulemaking proceeding, etc.
