Clinical Perfusionists [SPSC]; Specifies financial responsibility requirements for clinical perfusionists. Requires a supervising physician to be qualified in the medical area in which the clinical perfusionist performs. Requires a clinical perfusionist to convey that he or she is a clinical perfusionist to a patient. Authorizes a clinical perfusionist to perform medical tasks and services within a certain protocol. Provides certification requirements, etc.
