GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Wilson

Charter County Transit System Surtax [CPSC]; Changes the name of the surtax. Expands eligible counties authorized to levy the surtax. Requires interlocal agreements in certain counties to be updated no less than every 5 years to include certain municipalities.
