SB 2216: State Employee Fee Waivers [WPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Gaetz
State Employee Fee Waivers [WPSC]; Revises provisions relating to the waiver of state university and community college tuition and fees for state employees. Provides that distance learning and online courses are included in the types of courses available for the waiver. Requires that a state employee receive approval from his or her supervisor before using the waiver to take a course during normal working hours, etc.
Effective Date: 07/01/2009
