FRS/Special Risk Class [WPSC]; Authorizes certain employees to purchase additional retirement credit for past service at a 3-percent Special Risk Class accrual value. Requires that a portion of revenues generated from the gambling compact with the Seminole Tribe of Florida be used for supplemental salary increases to law enforcement, correctional, and correctional probation officers. Provides a statement of important state interest, etc.
