Land Used for Conservation Purposes [EPSC]; Specifies conservation purposes for which land must be used in order to qualify for an ad valorem tax exemption. Provides for the assessment and ad valorem taxation of real property within an area perpetually encumbered by a conservation easement or other instrument and which contains improvements. Provides for the assessment of lands used for conservation purposes, etc.
