CS/CS/SB 2262: Department of Business and Professional Regulation [CPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Regulated Industries ; Gaetz
Department of Business and Professional Regulation [CPSC]; Deletes signature notarization from the information that the DBPR may require in documents submitted for the issuance or renewal of a license. Authorizes the DBPR's representative to appear in criminal proceedings under certain circumstances and provide certain assistance to the court. Prohibits certain acts by persons who are not licensed as a talent agency. Deletes an examination late filing fee applicable to CPA examinees, etc.
