GENERAL BILL by Lynn
Vocational Rehabilitation Programs [SPSC]; Repeals a specified provision relating to a 5-year plan for the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation within the DOE. Revises provisions relating to eligibility for services. Requires the division to conduct trial work experiences before determining that an individual is incapable of benefiting from services. Repeals provisions relating to the limiting disabilities program and relating to the disability assistance program, etc.
