Judicial and Execution Sales of Property [SPSC]; Requires a lienholder to serve a certain notice on a homestead owner before a foreclosure sale. Specifies that the notice must inform of bankruptcy as a potential alternative to foreclosure and warning against foreclosure "saving" schemes. Provides for an affirmative defense from foreclosure for failure to provide notice. Amends a provision relating to the required service of notice of potential relief through bankruptcy, etc.
