Business Attraction Incentive Award Program [CPSC]; Provides for the payment of a finder's fee to a person who aids a business in the selection of a site for relocation. States the purpose of the program. Defines terms. Provides for the administration of the program by the OTTED. Limits the amount of the finder's fee. Provides fines and criminal penalties for fraudulent claims for finder's fees.
