SB 2330: Corporations [CPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Richter
Corporations [CPSC]; Authorizes certain alternative procedures for the election of members of the board of directors. Revises resignation procedures for members of the board of directors. Provides that a resignation may be irrevocable under certain conditions. Deletes a provision providing that there shall be no charge for telephone requests for certain general corporate information. Prohibits a corporation not for profit from making distributions to its members, etc.
Effective Date: 06/18/2009 except as otherwise provided
