SB 2384: Property Insurance [CPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Fasano

Property Insurance [CPSC]; Specifies uses of moneys in the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund. Provides for the expiration of certain requirements related to the initiation of reimbursement contracts. Revises provisions with respect to issuance and use of revenue bonds. Creates the Florida Hurricane Protection Program within the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund. Specifies which counties are considered "high sinkhole hazard counties," etc.
