GENERAL BILL by Gaetz
Solid Waste Disposal/Injection Wells [EPSC]; Authorizes the disposal of yard trash at a Class I landfill if the landfill has a system for collecting landfill gas and arranges for the reuse of the gas. Provides exceptions to requirements of the DEP regarding minimum casing for injection wells used by facilities that have a specified design capacity. Provides requirements for an injection well used as a backup to a primary injection well, etc.
