GENERAL BILL by Children, Families, and Elder Affairs ; Health Regulation ; Storms
Medicaid [SPSC]; Revises the membership of the Medicaid Pharmaceutical and Therapeutics Committee within the Agency for Health Care Administration to include a member who is enrolled in the Medicaid program. Requires that funds repaid to the agency by managed care plans that spend less than a certain percentage of the capitation rate for behavioral health services be deposited into the Medical Care Trust Fund, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
