Charter Technical Career Center Pilot Project [SPSC]; Establishes the Charter Technical Career Center Associate in Applied Science Degree Pilot Project. Provides purpose. Authorizes each charter technical career center participating in the pilot project to offer programs that lead to specified associate in applied science degrees. Provides requirements for the centers. Requires collaboration with the DOE to make recommendations for the approval of associate degree programs. Requires reporting.
