GENERAL BILL by Storms
Agency for Persons with Disabilities [SPSC]; Adds the agency to the list of governmental entities that have access to information in the DCFS's central abuse hotline. Provides for adult day training services and deletes reference to day habilitation services. Requires the staff of licensed facilities to receive training on abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Specifies that persons who have developmental disabilities have a right to be free from abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
