GENERAL BILL by Deutch

Public School Education [SPSC]; Requires reimbursement to school districts for reasonable costs for student transportation to certain schools and choice programs. Deletes the requirement that a student earn a passing score on the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) for purposes of high school graduation. Deletes mandatory retention for certain grade 3 students. Changes the school grading system to a school performance system, etc.
