Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) [SPSC]; Removes the requirement that a district school board adopt policies for meeting class size maximums which allow a student to graduate from high school if the student passes the grade 10 FCAT. Removes the requirement that a student earn a passing score on the FCAT or alternative assessment to graduate from high school. Removes the requirement that a student pursuing an accelerated 3-year high school graduation earn a passing score, etc.
