Firesafety [CPSC]; Requires that the State Fire Marshal adopt rules in consultation with the DOE. Requires that the State Fire Marshal assume specified duties for certain counties. Requires inspection of certain property by an official appointed by a district school board within a specified period after the issuance of a certificate of occupancy and annually thereafter. Requires that the board include a plan of action and schedule for correcting any deficiencies, etc.
