Business Sustainability Training/Tax Refund [WPSC]; Authorizes a sales tax refund to construction businesses for a portion of the tuition cost to attend training by the United States Green Building Council. Limits the amount of the sales tax refund per employee. Authorizes small businesses to apply for the tax refund. Provides duties of the DOR. Authorizes small businesses to apply the tax refund against sales tax or corporate income tax liabilities, etc.
