SB 2596: Persons with Disabilities/Services [SPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Wise
Persons with Disabilities/Services [SPSC]; Revises elements required to be included in the plan developed and implemented by the APD to redesign the home and community-based services delivery system . Authorizes the APD and the AHCA to implement pilot programs and to seek federal approval therefor. Requires certain residential facility and developmental disabilities center personnel to be screened for certain criminal offenses, etc.
