GENERAL BILL by Gaetz
Regulation of Professions [CPSC]; Authorizes a board or commission, or the department if no such board or commission exists for a profession, to require the completion of certain continuing education requirements by inactive licensees seeking to regain active status. Increases the quadrennial fees for renewal of eligibility to provide certain continuing education courses. Authorizes certain persons to take the examination for licensure as a cosmetologist, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
