Motor Vehicle Short-term Rental or Lease Insurance [CPSC]; Requires lessees under certain motor vehicle rental or lease agreements to obtain certain liability insurance. Specifies minimum insurance requirements for motor vehicles rented or leased for less than a single year. Prohibits a lessor from leasing to a lessee without having such insurance. Authorizes certain lessors to offer and sell certain insurance. Authorizes such lessors to charge a fee under certain circumstances, etc.
