GENERAL BILL by Ethics and Elections ; Joyner

Voter Information Cards [GPSC]; Requires voter information cards to contain the address of the polling place of the registered voter. Requires a supervisor of elections to issue a new voter information card to a voter upon a change in a voter's address of legal residence or a change in a voter's polling place address. Provides transitional instructions for the supervisors of elections.
